Instructions

  1. Remove outer cabbage leaves and slice cabbage into thin ribbons.
  2. Peel carrots and cut into thin matchsticks.

  4. Heat neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
