Instructions
- Boil one cup of water in a kettle or small saucepan.
- Pour the boiling water into a medium mixing bowl.

- Add the fresh lemon juice and stir gently.

- Gently fold in the fresh mixed berries without crushing them.
- Add the Greek yogurt by dolloping it over the top or swirling it through the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or one larger container.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until fully set.
