Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef (85/15) or ground Turkey/Lamb (halal alternative)
¼ cup Almond Flour or Crushed Chickpeas (halal substitute)
½ cup Finely Diced Onion (about 1 small onion)
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1 Egg
¼ cup Sugar-Free Ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (check halal认证 if needed)
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Combine ground beef/turkey, almond flour, onion, garlic, egg, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Form mixture into 12 equal-sized mini meatloaf pats on a baking sheet
Mix sugar-free ketchup and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze
Brush glaze over the tops of the meatloaf pats
Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked and glaze is caramelized
Notes
These bites can be frozen unbaked after shaping for up to 2 months
Use a meat thermometer to ensure 160°F internal temperature
