8 ounces large mozzarella cheese slices or string cheese sticks
16 halal beef pepperoni slices
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
On a wooden board or cutting board, lay mozzarella slices flat
Top 8 slices with 2 pepperoni slices each
Cut remaining mozzarella slices into 1-inch sticks
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture (blended with Italian seasoning and garlic powder) across pepperoni-topped slices
Roll tightly into logs and cut each in half
Place roll-ups cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese begins to crisp
Notes
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days
Reheat: Use air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 2-3 minutes or toaster oven
