A low-carb, high-protein wrap featuring tender turkey, fresh spinach, and creamy cream cheese in a sturdy keto tortilla. A portable, no-fail keto-friendly meal packed with nutrients and flavor.

  • Total Time: 15
  • Yield: 2 wraps 1x

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz turkey breast slices
1 cup baby spinach leaves
4 oz low-carb flour tortillas (2 tortillas)
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey slices and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Layer 1 cup of spinach onto each tortilla. Spread half the cream cheese mixture evenly over the spinach.
Top with turkey slices, then gently fold the tortilla to enclose the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for portable storage.

Notes

Use fresh spinach for optimal texture; frozen spinach will release moisture and affect the wrap’s structure.
Substitute feta cheese for cream cheese for a tangy twist.
Double the recipe for meal prepping; store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
