Ingredients
3–4 lb beef brisket
1 medium onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Pat brisket dry; season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and half the garlic.
Place brisket in slow cooker. Add onion, remaining garlic, beef broth, and tomato sauce.
Pour apple cider vinegar over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove brisket; let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with slow cooker juices as a sauce.
