Instructions
Wash and pat strawberries dry
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave
Stir in vanilla extract, stevia, and coconut flour until smooth
Dip strawberries into the mixture, ensuring full coating
Place on parchment paper to set at room temperature for 30 minutes
Notes
Use ripe but firm strawberries for best texture
For extra firm coating, chill in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes after dipping
