Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
Roast for 18 minutes, removing from oven to shake the pan and ensure even browning
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the florets and return to oven
Roast 5-7 more minutes until golden and crisp
