Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and unsweetened almond milk in a mason jar or glass container.
- Add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Add the raw honey and mix until it is distributed throughout the oat mixture.
- Cover the jar tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the oats soften and thicken.
- Remove the jar from the refrigerator and stir the oat mixture thoroughly.
- Add additional almond milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Top with the fresh blueberries and chopped raw almonds immediately before serving.
- Serve cold directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl before enjoying.
