- 8 Italian bread rolls
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

Instructions
- Combine the softened butter and minced fresh garlic in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth and completely combined.
- Fold the chopped cooked shrimp gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the lump crab meat and stir carefully to maintain the crab chunks.
- Mix in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley.
- Season the filling with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Refrigerate the seafood filling for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Slice the Italian bread rolls horizontally to create two halves from each roll.
- Use a small spoon or melon baller to carefully hollow out the center of each bread half.
- Spoon the seafood filling generously into each hollowed bread half, mounding it slightly above the surface.
- Place the stuffed bread bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbling at the edges.
- Remove the bread bombs from the oven and allow them to cool for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

Keep the seafood chilled until mixing and pat shrimp dry before adding to the filling for the best creamy texture. Stuff the bread just before baking to preserve its crisp exterior, and remove from the oven once the cheese is bubbling and the bread is golden.
